My MacBook Air, running MacOS Monterey 12.2.1, had 'Share Focus Status' turned on, simple as that. So it appears that this setting is 'per device', BUT the action is shared across 'all Apple ID devices'. So here is what I found, and maybe you already have found it, or maybe it is on another post from someone else's 'dream' of course it did, hate that, as you just need to go and see it if it works Block porn, email, or YouTube for example. Block specific websites in Safari, Google Chrome, Brave, Microsoft Edge and Opera.

Since 15.4.1 some of my contacts have been noticing the Focus mode is turned on and they were seeing the setting on iMessage from me saying my notifications were silenced. Enter your Mac’s admin password when prompted, then press the Return key again.
